"I learned the need for life insurance the hard way after losing my Dad unexpectedly and then my teen children losing their dad to cancer. Both without life insurance I had to figure out how to give them the proper send off myself. I started worrying about not having life insurance and was put in contact with Carol. She has made the process much less scary for me and has been working with me the last several days trying to get life insurance for my large family of 8. She has gone above and beyond with several different quote options for each of us and has explained the differences in a way I can understand. Carol has been super patient with all of my questions and “what if” scenarios. My anxiety makes me very indecisive, she literally has the patience of a saint and has been the sweetest. She never tries to “push” me to do anything so I feel I can trust her to actually help me. Not like she’s in it for just a pay day. I feel everyone is quick to complain so I feel it equally important to let someone know when they are doing great. I truly appreciate her going out of her way to help me. "Since I can't post my full review for some reason, I'll try to post it in the photo section of this review instead, if I am allowed to do so. Long story short: If you are well-off, you'll probably do well here. If not, please believe me when I say you are better off skipping at least this branch of State Farm, seeing as how they've left me, a 9 month pregnant lady, with $1 to her name after trying to cancel my policy with them THREE FREAKING TIMES!!! They used to be decent, I don't know what changed, but the avarice that I've experienced from this office is appalling. Their reluctance to even simply cancel a pending transaction is even more appalling."
